(12/24)Twist of Fortune Exchange Apology[]
An unfortunate issue occured in the Twist of Fortune Exchange, where some users attempted to Exchange their points for certain items and received other items instead.
The amount of points deducted when this error occured were for the items received, not for the originally intended Exchange items.
This issue has since been corrected and all Exchange items can be Exchanged and collected as intended.
As an apology for this issue, the users who experienced this issue will have the points Exchanged in error reimbursed, and be allowed to keep whatever items they received from that Exchange.
We apologize again for this inconvenience and any confusion it may have caused.
We hope users are enjoying the final days of the Holiday Lunar Chest event, and can find all their favorite cards in the Twist of Fortune Exchange.

(12/17)Guiding Light Skill effect Apology[]
An unfortunate issue occured with both the Guiding Light skill displayed effect percentage and the actual effect itself.
The issue has since been amended and the correct effect percentage amount will be displayed and the correct advantage percentage amount will take effect.
It is possible to calculate the correct effect percentage of multiple cards Guiding Light Cards in the same deck using the following formula:
(Using a base Unlock Point amount of 100 UP)
If you have 2 Guiding Light Cards in your deck, one with a 50% advantage and the other with a 25% advantage, you would calculate the combined amount as follows
(50% Advantage + 25% Advantage)
100 UP (50% + 25% = 75%) = 175 UP
As an apology, to all users who have used a Guiding Light Advantage card in their deck in this event from 12/16-12/18 03:00 (EST) we will present the following:

We have adjusted the Card Pack Notification system so now only the amount of Premium, SR, SR Dx, MR Keys, and Blitz and Carnage Raid Keys will be displayed.

We have update our penalty policy as follows, and will be strictly judging all current ( and some previous ) situations of violation. We always encourage fair play and hope all users can enjoy our gave without resorting to unfair methods.

There are 4 levels of penalties
Level 1
Restrictions on Sent message and message board system.
Level 2
Confiscation of experience, in-game items, virtual currency, etc. acquired using fraudulent means. Confiscation of Battle points, Guild points, Rank, Guild Rank, etc. acquired using fraudulent means.
Level 3
Upon confirmation, the suspension of the account in violation.
Level 4
Upon confirmation, permanent expulsion of the account in violation.
We must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors,
Assurance of fairness,
Application of penalties for illegal users.
A player presently, or in the past has used a program defect to gain level experience, items, or virtual credits. [Penalty] Level 2
A player damages, disables, or disupts servers, network systems, or services provided.

Currently, a new version of the application was made available for download in the AppStore and GooglePlay.
For users who have upgraded to the latest version of the App, there are cases where the distribution of the upgrade reward is delayed due to problems related to the app market.
The issue is expected to the resolved soon, and upgrade rewards will be distributed to the users who have yet to receive them.

In the "Old Hag's Tale" event, a number of users did not receive Raid Keys as intended after defeating one of the Raid Bosses.
We have fixed this issue and play has returned to normal. Keys will drop as intended.
To the users who did not receive Raid Keys, we have sent the correct amount, per each user, of eys not received to their Gift Box.
We apologize for this inconvenience and wich all users the best of luck in the remaining time of the second half.

An issue occured, when after defeating the Raid Boss Zive for the first time, users received the SR card Saffi the Spike.
These users should have received the UR card Ziva.
We have fixed the issue, and now when defeating Ziva for the first time, users will receive the UR card Ziva.
For the users who did not receive Ziva on the the first battle, the UR card Ziva will be distributed to these users, and will be allowed to keep the Saffi the Spike card they received.
We apologize for this issue and any confusion it may have caused.

We have made a Change to the Guiding Light event skill.
When 2 or more Guiding Light cards are held in a deck, the method by which the event skill accumulates has changed.
Intead of being multiplied together, advantage rates will be added together.
For example using MAX Guiding Light rates:
MAX Evolved UR Hecate 150% Advantage
MAX Evolved MR Surtr 125% Advantage
Using a base of 100 UP
Combined total possible Unlock Points if you have both cards in your deck:
Before: 187 UP (1.5 x 1.25 = 1.875)
Now: 175 UP (50% + 25% = 75%)

Regarding the Total Guild Rewards for the Crossed Blades of Evensong event, on the Total Guild Rewards page, the UR Card Forsetti the Last was displayed in a PR image to be distributed as x4. This mislabeling was due to an unfortunate Display error.
Although the correct reward amount was displayed directly below this PR image display, we understand that this image could have created confusion to any who happened to view it.

Regarding the issue with Mirror Dragons and the Evolve feature which resulted in cards with incorrect parameters, we would like to provide an update.
After discussing this issue in depth, we have decided that as an apology to users who evolved cards resulting in cards with incorrect parameters we will present the following:

Due to an unfortunate system error, the Lottery Tickets of some users were lost and not taken into account by the Lottery of Destiny System. This issue has been investigated fully and fixed to prevent a repeat occurrence.

In the Crossed Blades of Evensong event, a system issue occurred which caused attacks against walls to inflict damage at an improper rate.
This issue has been fixed and all wall Battles are operating as intended.

We would like users to take note of the following changes:
The effect of Flame Elixirs is being changed from 150% to 130% boost for 5 minutes of war time during the Crossed Blades of Evensong event.
Power Potions will not be required for Battle in the Crossed Blades of Evensong event, due to a change in the Guild War Attack system, however they will still be required for Wall Battles.
Training Clocks will no longer have any effect on Guild Class War Bonuses in the Crossed Blades of Evensong event.
New Mirror Dragons
From the Crossed Blades of Evensong event Ranking rewards you can win the new Mirror Dragons!
With Mirror Dragons you can evolve your cards even though you don't have the same card! There are 3 kinds of Mirror Dragon: Spirit's, King's, and Heaven's to help you Evolve R, SR, and MR cards!

Just a reminder that Battle Order Advantages, Justice over Chaos/ Chaos over Genesis/ Genesis over Justice, will trigger at random, and should not be expected to trigger every time.
The animation has been fixed to display advantages as intended, however as with all skills and advantages unless stated otherwise, all such effects will trigger randomly.

So that users may better understand the benefits and demerits of each the Guild Classes, we have amended and updated the Guild Class descriptions. Guild class benefits have also been updated, increasing their benefits and strengths. We hope this will make it easier for you to choose the right Guild class for you!
To remind you again, Master Points are obtainable through Mastery Apples or from Raid Battle attacks, and no longer available from Questing or Battling.
Also there was a minor system error in the Tournament of Dragons, which caused the animation for Order bonuses to not be displayed during Battle. This situation has been fixed and Battle shall be displayed as intended. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

On 6/13 EDT a few issues were identified regarding the Spire of Crystalline Ambition Event.
Firstly afterr reaching the 95 floor users were not able to pass this floor and access the remaining ones.
This issue has been fixed and now users can proceed as intended.
Secondly the issue where the Rough Crystal Quest would not distribute Rough Crystals has also been fixed and users can now play this Quest as intended.
As to user reports of not receiving Rough Crystal Count Rewards, this issue is still being investigated and we shall follow up when more information is available.
As an apology for the first issue of non access above floor 95, the users who reached and were unable to proceed past floor 95 will all automatically be Ranked as Spire Sprint Rank A and receive these rewards, where as ese users had the highest potential to clear floor 100. The current Spire Sprint Rankings shall not be affected by this, and users Spire Sprint Ranks are as indicated.
As an apology for the second issue of not receiving Rough Crystals from the Rough Crystals Quests, all users shall receive a Stamina Potion x2 and Orphic Crystal x1.

RoD is happy to announce the closed Beta Test of the Envisioned Realm.
The Envisioned Realm is a special new function that, within a magical book, you can build a Realm of your own, with buildings that can help you in the game by producing things like Friendship Points, Dorri, and Mini Potions.
During the closed Beta Test, players (selected randomly) will be selected to join, and give feedback about the gameplay.
Any Gem purchasable functions will not be available during this Beta Test.
The amount and types of buildings, and the amount and type of items available to produce shall be limited.
Also all saved Envisioned Realm data will be cleared at the end of the Beta Test.
Any items, Dorri, and Friendship Points earned during this Beta Test may be kept be these selected users.
Each of the selected users will be given a Testers Gift of 5,000 Dorri and Artisans Clock 1h x3 and 3h x3 everyday, to use specifically for this Beta Test. After the Beta Test has been completed, some remaining Gift Items shall disappear (Artisans Clock)
The selected users have been prechosen and shall be sent notice invitations to this Beta Test.
We hope to have this new function available to all users as soon as possible.

For these 2 days in place of the Daily Rankings, the Total User Rankings have been adjusted and are currently being displayed.
2. On 5/13 the Daily Ranking Rewards that had yet to be distributed to users were finally distributed.
These Rewards were calculated and distributed according to the corrected Rankings.
Please note again that these Rewards are correct according to the corrected Rankings.

Notice Update! Apology from RoD Team
Due to overlapping data the incorrect Exchange Reward, Leviathan MRx4, was placed on the War Medal Exchange Page, and the Ranking Rewards listing for Total Guild and Total User rewards.
This Card has been replaced with the correct Reward Card, Kaede the Slasher Rx4.
All incorrectly distributed cards have been collected and the appropriate Rewards distributed, and Exchange War Medals have been refunded to these users. The Leviathan MR, card has also been returned to its Exhibit allowed status.
We apologize again greatly for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Due to an unfortunate system error 4/18 during the Eclipsed Colosseum,
Inescapable Crisis event, Rival Ranking Rewards were not distributed as scheduled.
For those users who did not recieve Rival Ranking Rewards, when we calculated the final Ranking Results, taking into factor these Rewards we calculated the potential earned Ranking Points, and added these to your final Ranking Point Result.
Therefore the final Ranking Results reflect these adjusted points.
Also as an apology we are also presenting to these users the same amount of
Tourney Potions they should have recieved according to the Rival Rankings.
Please use them well in the next Colosseum.

(4/11) Important Notice: Riot Rumble Event System Violation[]
1. During the Riot Rumble Event, we identified a severe violation of unauthorized access, which allowed for continuous battle, and accumulation of BP beyond the normal range of the system. (Please note and take caution, that it is a rare occurance to Battle the same players more than 5 times in one day!)
2. The system has been adjusted to prevent the reoccurrance of this violation.
3. Any such acts of misconduct can cause trouble to both other users and the servers. Such actions are in direct violation of the game's user agreement and policy. Please restrain from such behaviour at the risk of incurring heavy penalties.
4. Users who were found to be in violation, have been identified and shall be excluded from the Rumble Rankings. Rankings shall be readjusted at the end of the event, excluding these violators. These preceeding actions are being taken in response to the misconduct and unauthorized access as noted above.
We apologize for these issues and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you for your continued play!
