Paladin Kiara was added in the first half of The Heart's Dark Reflection, the seventh Raid Event, Marking the 1 year Anniversary of the game's launch, as a reward for defeating the Archfiend Kiara boss at levels 10, 50, 100, 150 and 200, as well as for the top 99999 players in the Gargantuan Raid Total Rankings (requires minimum 3000 damage dealt to the Gargantuan Raid Boss).
Paladin Kiara was untradable upon release but became tradable on 12/30/2013.
